i. The Institute provides programmes and services for educational and professional purposes. No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.
ii. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in its programmes or use of its services.

8. Termination

The Institute may suspend or terminate access to its services where these Terms are breached, where false information is provided, or where misconduct occurs.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
